Ethoswarm is currently offered as a beta service. The platform may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior. Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. Service availability is not guaranteed. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ethoswarm and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the beta service.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Ethoswarm, we may collect the following information:

• Email address and basic profile information (e.g., name, profile picture) via Google Sign-In
• Calendar events and schedule metadata via the Google Calendar API (if you grant access)
• Mind configurations, names, and attributes you create
• Conversations and interactions with Minds
• Payment information processed through Stripe
• Usage data, device information, and IP addresses

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your identity and operate your account
• Provide AI-powered features, including scheduling assistance using your calendar data
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve our platform and develop new features
• Monitor for abuse and ensure platform integrity
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use)

Ethoswarm's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Calendar API

If you grant Ethoswarm access to your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events and schedule metadata solely to provide AI-driven scheduling and productivity features within the Ethoswarm platform. We do not use this data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the Ethoswarm service.

No AI Training

Your Google user data (including calendar data) is not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Data Transfer

We do not sell Google user data to third parties. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except where strictly necessary to provide the core Ethoswarm service (e.g., secure cloud hosting infrastructure), comply with applicable law, or protect against fraud and abuse.

Human Review

Access to your Google user data by Ethoswarm employees or contractors is limited to what is necessary to debug, provide support, or ensure service integrity, and is governed by strict access controls and audit logging.

Revoking Access

You can revoke Ethoswarm's access to your Google account data at any time through your Google Security Settings.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including access controls and audit logging, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Please do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential data in your Mind configurations or conversations.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Privy for authentication
• Google APIs for sign-in and calendar integration
• Cloud hosting providers (AWS) for data storage and compute

These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing.

7. Your Rights & Data Retention

You may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data

Ethoswarm is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
